After relocating to Colorado, he expanded his expertise to include commercial development. Known for his client-centered approach, Scott excels in delivering exceptional service and fostering positive working relationships. He is passionate about creating architectural solutions that benefit communities and open new opportunities for individuals.

SCOTT BLOSSER
Cristin earned a Bachelor's in Architectural Design from Oklahoma State University in 2012. She has diverse experience in residential design, house flipping, and land surveying, where she refined her drafting and subdivision planning skills. Now at Compass Architecture, Cristin excels in project management, leading commercial retail and K-12 education projects with a dynamic and adaptable approach that ensures project success.

CRISTIN BLOSSER
Abi graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arkansas in 2020. She specializes in commercial and prototypical design, with two years of experience on fueling station projects nationwide. Abi excels in leading projects from start to finish, producing high-quality construction documents, and developing strong project coordination skills. She thrives in fostering collaborative client relationships and delivering successful projects.

ABI RUSHING
Nadia has over a decade of construction industry experience, beginning as an office administrator at an engineering firm and progressing to drafting, designing MEP systems, and managing projects. Her project experience ranges from small remodels to multi-million-dollar developments. Nadia earned an associate degree in architecture and engineering design from Pikes Peak State College and now brings her broad expertise to Compass Architecture.

Avrie is a dedicated student at the University of Colorado, eagerly pursuing her passion for architecture. During the summer of 2024, she completed an internship with Compass, where she made a lasting impression with her vibrant smile and positive energy, brightening the office each day. Avrie is always eager to learn, constantly pushing herself to grow and improve. She looks forward to rejoining the team after graduating in May.
